These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StoneImpressions regarding use of the Website.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

SCOPE OF WORK

StoneImpressions is not a contractor and does not perform or contract for the installation of any StoneImpressions product.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Stone is a natural material. No two pieces of stone are exactly alike. All StoneImpressions products are subject to variation in shade, color, and characteristics, including, but not limited to, veining, markings, shading inclusions, or pits.

PRODUCT USE

StoneImpressions products may be used in a variety of applications such as kitchens, bathrooms, light-traffic residential floors, walls, and stairs. Some products may not be suitable for all applications. If values for characteristics such as absorption or coefficient of friction are required, please contact us in writing before placing an order.

Material should be installed by removing and laying out the tiles from all crates or boxes to ensure optimal blending of shade variation. No claims for any tile order will be accepted after installation.

HAND-MADE TILE

Hand-made and custom tile is as much an art as a science. As previously mentioned, variations are inherent to our tiles and should be expected. To ensure the smallest possible range in variation, we recommend that you order enough tile to complete your installation and, depending on the project, 10 – 15% extra.

CUSTOM TILE

We welcome Custom Tile Design work and can customize any design to encompass your exact vision. Please contact us for more information.

MINIMUM ORDER POLICY

There is no minimum order requirement for purchase.

ORDER QUANTITIES

All quantities must be verified in advance of purchase. We recommend that you have a professional tile contractor or installer calculate the measurements and quantities for your project. Upon delivery, all quantities should be checked by an installer or contractor.

Any additions or changes to the order may delay delivery and may result in a degree of color variation. StoneImpressions accepts no responsibility for miscalculated order quantities.

ORDERING PROCEDURE

Samples

Samples of Artisan Stone Tile products may be purchased directly through our Website for convenience. Samples are intended to help customers evaluate color, design, and material variation before placing a full order. All StoneImpressions Made-to-order and Regency Collection samples must be placed through an authorized StoneImpressions dealer, showroom, or tile shop.

All sample purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

Full Orders

All full product orders must be placed through an authorized StoneImpressions dealer, showroom, or tile shop. Customers can use the Showroom Location on our Website to find approved dealer near them.

Quantities

StoneImpressions does not review order quantities for installation suitability. Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements and quantities with a qualified contractor or installer prior to placing an order.

PRICING

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Sample prices differ from full product pricing. We reserve the right to change prices, terms, and conditions of sale without prior notice (excluding jobs already bid or quoted).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. All deposits are non-refundable. Sample purchases cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

RUSH CHARGES

Expedited shipping may be available for an extra charge. Contact your chosen StoneImpressions dealer for more information.

UPON DELIVERY/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Immediately upon delivery, review your shipment for accuracy (materials, quantity, quality, and color) and for shipping damage. Contact us at 1-800-350-3003 or customerservice@stoneimpressions.com if any problems exist. We ask that you notify us within 30 days of receipt of shipment if there is any missing or incorrect material. Replacement materials will be shipped at no cost via the same method the order was originally shipped.

Any visible shipping damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged materials must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of damage in original packaging upon delivery. If damage is severe, refuse the shipment. All claims for damaged or broken merchandise must be made through the carrier.

OWNERSHIP

StoneImpressions maintains the lawful ownership of all products until until payment is received in full.

INSTALLATION

StoneImpressions does not accept responsibility or liability for installation, sealing, or refinishing of any product. Please review the installation instructions and maintenance guidelines before installation. Use a professional installer for best results. StoneImpressions is not responsible for problems arising from improper installation, use, or care.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted. Orders are non-cancelable.
All claims regarding your order, pertaining to color, design, quality, or quantity, must be resolved prior to installation.

STORAGE FEE

StoneImpressions does not store customer orders without explicit prior approval. If a customer is unable to accept delivery, we may charge a storage fee for up to three (3) months. After that time, ownership of the materials reverts to StoneImpressions with no refund given.

PRODUCT WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Except as expressly stated in writing by StoneImpressions, all products are sold “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
